In many parts of the world, families were larger in the past because people had more children. Do you think there were more advantages or disadvantages to being part of a large family in the past?

Majid In the past time, in many countries members of the families were more despite of these days. In some cases it may have some benefits for families. In this essay I will explore the pros and cons of being in large families and try to draw some conclusions on it. I will start by looking at the advantages, one of the major plus point of it is, if individuals were member of large families it would be able to have more spiritual supports and helps in their own issues. people could have gather and use more experiences from different person on their own families for aspects of their life. Many traditional practitioners have claimed that moral connections and supports between members of large families is much more of small ones and so on. For example, in many cases family's conflicts would solve much more easier in large families. Turning to the other side of subject, in the majority of time ignoring children in large family was seen a lot. Also, the educating in large family were being worse for example. Generally, children were use as work-powers instead of training them in proper situation. The recent report by psychology magazine of Tehran University has shown 70% of children in large families in the past work as a man-power in the families business which had terrible situation for young children such as agriculture, gardening, forging and so on. To sum up, being member of large families has their own opportunities and threats for people. For example Moral supportiveness and using experiences of families in spite of, bad training and working hard were two sides of this issues. In my opinion the benefits of large families outweigh any negatives.
