In a lot of nations, an enormous numbers of young individuals are between jobs. This is mainly because of the lack of motivation and experience. There are a number of solutions which should be implemented to tackle this issue.
To begin with, the reason why younger people are jobless lies in the fact that they are not motivated enough to work. To put it differently, the remunerations are that low that people believe that with this payment they can barely make ends meet, let alone having a high quality life. This issue prevent them from looking for a job as they think finding a career won't serve a purpose. Take a young boy or girl who is getting 1 dollar an hour for example. Would this money help them meet their everyday life? That's why many adolescents lose their hope and enthusiasm to search for a job.
There are two effective solutions to remedy this problem. Firstly, university students should be thought more practical lessons at university. By doing this, they can employ their knowledge at workplace. This facilitates the process of finding a decent job. Secondly, employers should trust to younger generation. Young individuals are bright and can learn any skills easily. If authorities of the companies give opportunities to young jobholders, they will definitely do their best to not let down their bosses. This solution would hopefully improve the confidence of young employee and motivates them.
In conclusion, in order to solve the problem of unemployment of adolescents, academic education ought to involve more useful and practical curriculum and employers have to a trust their younger and amateur staff.
