Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with food quality and service which I received from your restaurant recently. Last Sunday, I visited your restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday because I heard a lot about your good service and food presentation but unfortunately. I did not get the same as I wish.
When we were entering a restaurant when no staff member was there to attend us and there was also no proper arrangement for sitting as we were 15 members in all. Ten to Fifteen minutes later a waiter came and he took our order. Apart from it, after a long wait when we received our meal then I was shocked because the food was neither fresh and not too hot. At that time, I complained to a server about food and he retorted that the kitchen was now closed So you had to eat as it is. Overall, all situation was quite disappointed which I was never expected from you.
I want to give you some advice if you wish to gain goodwill in the market then please provide good quality food and better service as well. Moreover, about the last incident, I claim my, full refund of payment otherwise I will complain of your restaurant in customer court.
