The two maps illustrate the pathway to an urban hospital in 2007 and 2010. Overall, there was a dramatic change in the entire route to the city hospital with plenty of new facilities added from 2007 to 2010. To begin with, the ring road around the hospital was redesigned and a roundabout was constructed at the intersection of the ring road and the hospital road in 2010. The area to the south of the ring road witnessed a dramatic transformation throughout the period. In 2007, there was a bus stop on the east side of the hospital that was demolished when a new bus station was constructed on the west side of the hospital road in 2010. Two entrances were built to access the bus station from the ring road and the hospital road. Furthermore, the car parking area to the east of the hospital road which was accessible to the hospital staff and public was made restricted to the staff only. A new car parking facility was built to the east of the ring road for the general public in 2010. Furthermore, a new roundabout was added at the intersection of the city road and the hospital road.
