In the modern era, technology is playing an essential role in all sectors, including education. This progression is conspicuous in classrooms nowadays. At a certain point, do not be surprised if there are a product of automation teaching instead of lecturers. It is completely disagree that technology will replace teachers in the classrooms.
On the one hand, it is undeniable that traditional teachers have done an excellent job during the past decade. Teaching is not only thing what lecturer does in the classroom, but also oversee pupils behavior, directing their studying or just listening and giving them good advices. For instance, if a student has a problem in their life and be at loss, teachers will be the one who can listen and support the students to handle that situations. In addition,
On the other hand, one of the vital things that help the lesson more effective is teachers’ behavior. A teacher can manage a class with full of kids while being loved, supportive and motivating them at the same time. This means that the effectiveness of the class will be enhanced when learning with an emotionless software. Take myself as an example. I prefer study with the teacher who is enthusiastic or have sense of humor rather than the teacher who is rigidity.
In conclusion, from my perspective, the advantages of traditional teachers outweigh the advantages of this phenomenon.
