The map below describes two available locations where a company would like to establish a new restaurant in the center of Paris. Generally, the enormous difference between these two areas is that the first one is situated nearby a recreation area that is related to the sea, and the second spot is surrounded by a lot of attractions.
The first proposed point is northwest of the center which is in the top left-hand corner in the map, in addition, this location is nearby a park and a Maritime Museum, and a little bit far from an aquarium. This location can attract plenty of people who are interested in marines or something related to the sea, moreover, around 8000 visitors are enjoyed the museum each day and the aquarium also welcomes about 2000 travellers from over the world to visit. Besides that, the Metro Station, 2 bridges called Bir-Hakeim and Lena are also quite close-by Location 1. So if the restaurant is developed here where a lot of travellers going and exploring everyday, it will not be a bad choice for company.
The second possible spot is nearly in the bottom right-hand corner in the map and its direction is southeast. This area is located in the center of Paris where many tourists discovered everyday and also every year. More about that, Location 2 is under one of the most well-known and spectacular masterpiece of architecture - the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by other attractions. As can be seen, if the restaurant is established here, visitors can also do sightseeing, take photos, … instead of only eating in a boring atmosphere. Absolutely, about 20 000 people arrive and try to have a real feel in Paris.
In conclusion, I would say that Location 2 would be as more relevant to open a new restaurant than Location 1, because in the second spot, tourists can have clear looks to the Eiffel Tower when they are dinning.
