Nowadays it been a trend to work for more time in office rather then a strict hour working but in my view it should be mandatory for country that they have to set a specific working hour so that people could spend their leisure time with concerned family too. To begin with, In today's world every company set their work hour very high so that they get the productivity in their company but it should be change. They should minimise it for welfare of the employees. If person will get more extra free time from his/her work then they will be able to spend that particular time with his/her family. This situation always devoid the issues of lonliness of person, fights between couple, divorce, bad kids execetra on the other hand family will also be happy it they will get proper happy time with their love ones. Moreover, if a person will be happy from depth of his/her heart then they will give their 100% towards work which will be profitable for the all organisation in the outcomes of the company work. Working with happy heart give more results rather then a sad heart. If the workplace owner will understand the situation of worker then worker will also work had. To sum up all above, In my opinion personal life is as much as important like professional. Family and friends are the key of success and happiness in life. we can not avoid them because of our professional duties. Every person growth is depend on their happiness which comes by closeones.
