The diagram reveals different steps to reuse rainwater which is fetched, discharged, and provided. .
Overall, the rainwater recycling process consists of two phases: a various systems of the dam, tanks, and wastewater treatment plant, in which precipitation experiences several stages of water treatment before being released as drinking or disposed of intro the river. .
The rain which pours down to earth is stored by a dam and this rainwater is transported to water treatment plant so as to process precipitation into drinking water. Subsequently, this water is released for domestic consumption. Next, most households have rainwater tanks which are placed adjacent to them and used for collecting rainwater running from the roofs. .
Following this, wastewater for household purposes is disposed in a wastewater treatment plant. A part of wastewater being purified and the treated water is reused for domestic purpose again. Besides, another part of the excess treated water is discharged intro the river. Meanwhile, stormwater is preserved and treated before being disposed amount of water into waterways nearby.
