Professionals like doctors teachers and lawyers contribute equally to society with non-professionals including entertainers and sports people. Thus, they should receive equal pay. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is true that professionals of any nation like doctors, teachers, lawyers including sports people are the backbone of the nation. Therefore, they should give equal remuneration. I am not agree with this statement and its justification is given below. There are myriad of reasons why professionals should receive equal salary. First and the foremost is value of field. To explain it, nowadays, majority of masses give more preference towards earning a big chunk of money. If salary distribution method is different according to the field then less number of people like to do that kind of jobs, which required lower salary. Secondly, it may be the reason of conflicts also. This is because, when people get different salary for other professions. For example, when lawyers will give high pay rather than sportspersons then conflicts in that nations may be occured as nowadays, due to well-educated era everyone wants equality in every field. However, some people deem that doctors and lawyers do lot of struggle and spend huge chunk of money for reaching on their peak point so, it would be fruitful for them, if, authorities provide high salary to them because they deserve it and they also do work for whole world. Moreover, when it comes to non-professionals, if government give same amount of money those then it put cast an adverse effect on government‘s budget also because non-professional do not do any kind of work for nation. So, rich authorities ought to give pay to professionals according to their hard work and experience in their field. After discussing both viewpoints, I am in the favour of professionals should not receive equal salary, as it will be fruitful for both government and professionals.
