In today’s world, the distinction between poor and rich is a hot issue globally. This essay will identify some primary causes of this problem. To initiate, there are two main reasons why there is a big difference between the rich and the poor. First and foremost, in undeveloped and developing countries have a shortage of employment or have low income earners because there are many people who are illiterate, meanwhile the employer often highly prefer well-qualified staff with expert knowledge. To explain, in the recruitment period of a company they will certainly choose someone who has an impressive curriculum vitae instead of recruiting a person who is illiterate and untrained through any school or class. Finally, the level of education and skills of people in less developed countries is often not good because the country is economically unfit and they do not have government policies to encourage investment in education. In my opinion, I believe that this trend will create a serious problem that the government needs to face. First of all, people who are illiterate should be educated. If education is improved, unemployment will no longer be a serious problem. People could work and support their family with their incomes. Another measure would be for the state to educate citizens of the undeveloped and developing countries about the consequences of population growth because dwellers in the undeveloped countries aren't often prepared with complete knowledge when they will become mature. This should be accomplished through the widespread education of children because if children are educated with complete knowledge about the consequences of population growth, they will have suitable family planning. In sum, various actions can be taken to resolve the problems that are certain to arise as unemployment or having a poor quality job
