Everyone wants to be happy life. So how to live a happy life? That is so easy. In my knowledges, the first, we must curtivate a healthy lifestyle. For example, do exercises everyday beacause it increase resistance that help we reduce dangerous of Covid-19. Otherwise, if we do exersise, it help focus on work. Addition, finding purpose in your life that is also important. When we have purpose, we will strive reaching your goals. That make we more happy than in your life. Also, get out of something negative such as use heroin, smoke because which make more and more bad. The second, take care of your family. Members in your family must help reduce stress, and who is there when you feel sad. I think the moments that I feel happy when I live with my family. The last once, we must be live ourselves.
