The line graph provides information about how much grams were consumpted by spreads (margarne, low fat and reduced spreads and butter ) in the years 1981 and 2007. Overall, the amount of margarine, by gram, experienced a decrease until 1986 but th proportion of butter showed an increase by reaching a its peak level in this year. Although while consumption of butter was presenting reduction by 1991, consumption of margarine reached a plateau. Against the other, a ratio of low fat and reduced spreads increasing when the two others had a decline until 2001 and then all of spreads dropped together in 2007. Initally, margarin was eaten approximately 87 grams in 1981. After it decreased a four fifths before it soared at 100 gram in 1986.
