The flowchart illustrates the production of coloured plastic paper clips in a small factory. Write a report for a university tutor describing the production process. 6pPgG
The given flow chart shows how a small factory produces a colored plastic Clips.
To begin with, Molten plastic is poured into moulds. There are three moulds; one for red plastic, one for blue and the third one for Yellow. After sometime, the plastic sets and forms that paper clips. These are taken out of the moulds and are checked by machine for strength. Weak paper clips are rejected and the other moves on the Next Stage. In next stage, the paper clips are sorted by hands into different coloured groups. These are groups of Individual colours and one set of Mixed colors. After some time than workers check the colours are in the correct places and they send any mistake back to be rectified. Finally in last stage, the paper clips are packed and sent to outlets to be sold.
In conclusion, it is simple and stream line process of producing coloured plastic clips involving workforce and technology.
