In recent years, there has been growing interest in the relationship between equality and personal achievement. Some people believe that individuals can achieve more in egalitarian societies. Others believe that high levels of personal achievement are possible only if individuals are free to succeed or fail according to their individual merits. What is your view of the relationship between equality and personal success?

It is true that each human being is being treated equally in today's society. However, there is no direct relationship between society and individuals’ success, while I do believe that one’s success is due to their personal traits.
On the one hand, the key to success is the ability of an individual so it doesn't matter whether the society is considered as equal or not. In addition, equality means each individual has a fair relationship, for example if an employee is knowledgeable and hard working, and his boss gives a reasonable salary for him, that can be understood as an equal relationship. However, it doesn’t mean that the student will succeed in the future because what he receives is a job opportunity, not a promise to give him a path of success. Nevertheless, success needs to be created by people themselves.
On the other hand, to determine if one's life is successful or not depends on individual fulfillment. Only individuals can define themselves as successful or not, and everyone has a different opinion on success and achievement. For example, someone might think they are successful because they can speak two to three languages and make some money from it. While some might consider them as a loser even though they had made 500 thousand a month. As a result, achievement is based on people’s expectation, if the outcome is higher than their expectation, they will consider themselves successed.
In conclusion, in my opinion, the fact is, human success has no relationship between equality and the society, but the success is based on people themselves.
