The flow chart illustrates the manufacturing process of bricksof a building industry. Overall, six steps involved to complete the manufacturing process and are time consuming. Explaining the diagram, in the very first stage, the clay is dig out using a digger and later it is passed through a metal grid and rolled it with the help of a roller. The rolled clay is then mixed with sand and wather, which then placed in moulds to get desired shape. After that, the mixture is cut down into bricks form using a wire cutter. In the next stage, the mixture preserve in a drying oven for about one or two days. Moving further, the dried bricks undergo different levels of temperature. Firstly, it is moderate temperature from 200 degree celcious to 980 degree celcious and then increased the temperature to its highest(870 degree celcious - 1300 degree celcious). In the third level, it is transferred into a cooling chamber for about 48-72 hours. The cooled bricks are then undergo packing process and are ready for delivery.
