The blind king who drowned

The blind king who drowned jEAKM
There was a powerful, old kingdom. There was not any other country that dare to declare war against them. You couldn't hear any world of objection in the whole empire, but as history proved, every castle is made of loose wood. There isn't any innocent king in the whole world's history, maybe it's the castle we should blame. We all know these, so do kings. But as humans, we always think we are better than others like we won't make the same mistakes as them, and that's what makes us blind. We just hold on to the pictures we think people should have of us, not the real ones. We create an imaginary world that will drown us. That's what exactly happened to Peter. He was a king once. If you ask him, he was like a kind father for his people, but even the best fathers hurt their kids somehow, whether they ever notice it or not. Asking his people, you will get a totally different answer. Well, Peter always thought his people do believe in him, but People were made to pretend they do. But by who? Well, by ministers Peter trusted the most in the world. Ministers wanted to maintain their position, so they forced people to act like they're blessed. Peter was made to believe people are thinking the way he does, are agree with all of his decisions, and are happy to have him as their king. With an attitude like this, you're gonna ask less questions to make sure what you're people really want. You just do what you think is right, and since there aren't any perfect decisions, there will come a day that people won't accept to live with your decisions' aftereffects. You can suppress them for a while, but not forever. Peter could not even believe people are protesting against him. He couldn't understand why are they so mad. All he ever did was for his people's sake, so why aren't they happy? The pictures in his made started crashing, but the walls between him and his people were so strong that nothing could damage them. He never found out why people are mad. Even when they ruined the castle and arrest him, he couldn't see why this is happening. No one gave him a clear answer. People expected him to know what he had done to them. He executed without figuring out what was the real world look like. He was living in an imaginary world, which he was loved at. He was trying to get to the goals his people wanted, to make his kingdom an utopia, a dreamland for everyone, but he drowned in the tears that his people cried secretly. Rest in peace Peter, you never really understand all the pain you caused, but the mirage that blind you was a great one showing your golden heart.
