The act of giving an award to learners with good academic performance is justifiable. This means these individuals would have work extensively for it. Consequently, this would encourage them as well as serve as an added advantage of written in their curriculum vitae. In their future plans of furthering their studies, it would boost their chances of being admitted. Likewise in career, it would cause employer to give them more consideration.
