Ever since the beginning of 21st century the time of commuting for working masses has raised alot. Owing to this, a dilemma is confronted by many folks that whether parks and gardens will built near office buildings along with apartment buildings to reduce time or not. This essay intends to delve into both perspectives and my belief in the looming paragraphs.
To embark on, there are plethora of rationales that why constructing parks and gardens near city centre is a best way to reduce time for travelling. First and foremost reason is that if parks and gardens will made near city centres masses can travel to these places for their leasure time without in less time. Secondly, if apartment buildings will made in the vicinity of the office of working individuals consequently they can reach their office quickly. To epitome, according to a survey Which was conducted in nepal the people who reside near the office buildings were reached 60% more on time than others who lived far away. Thus, residing near work place beneficial for saving time.
On the paradoxical side, there are negative impact of making housing apartments near city centres as if most of the people start living near office buildings the population level of that area will rise alot. Due to this the problem of traffic congestion will raised by which individuals will have to spend more time in commuting.
