Turning to the other side of discussion, everyone id deserving a second chance, especially on education. Government invests a numerous amount of money for adults. Particularly, if someone could not get some experience in the past, because of their laziness, they would be able to take the same skills in the future. In some cases, people can attentively think and select a definite district of work location, hence it will be no unemployment and humans will reach a peak. To sum up, everybody on the earth has a chance of being well-educated, it does not matter the age or other conditions, only intension to solving their problems and reaching their purposes.
