It is often believed by many individuals that men and women have various natural abilities that make them adjustable for different types of jobs while others think that both genders can be equally suited to do any kind of work. However, In this essay, I am going to introduce both sides to this issue, as well as give my own opinion in the further paragraphs. To begin with, there are two main reasons why men and women have different kinds of jobs. Firstly, both sexes have different physical and mental abilities. Most of the males prefer marketing field or industrial work because both of the services are needed to do good physical as well as mental health and they do these efforts. Moreover, In the marketing job, most of the time men travel from one place to another place to sell products. So, In this industry masses are mentally strong otherwise they cannot do this job. Secondly, more females prefer to do nursing service or caretaker work because of their nature. In addition, women have more feelings than men. Hence, they can easily do these types of work. Females can easily handle patients and babies because they have cam nature, good behavior, and a lot of love. So, there are differences between men's and women's work. On the other side, some humans think that both genders have to do equal types of work. First and the foremost is that, In modern era, In many multinational companies women are similar positions to work with men. In a bygone era, only men had top rank in companies. At that time women had to worked household chor. But Nowadays, females get good degrees and top position with men in many indutries. For example, research conducted by the New York Times 70% of females is in the world's higher rank as compared to males. Therefore, In many nations have women presidents and the only one woman handle the whole country. Thus, today's, men and women are both same positions in jobs. To sum up, although, In my opinion, teaching and training are indispensable for males and females in any society to work for the same jobs, it is not particularly needed at work places.
