Nowadays, advances in technology have encouraged the number of people to catch workplace to work at their own home. In my country we have a number of job like networking that there just due to smartphone and internet do business. In this essay I will describe some advantages and disadvantages of new development. On the one hand, one of the advantages of homeworking is time-saving. As we see much of people just with a smartphone and internet can do their job from a far place forcompany. Beside, they can save time. For example, they don't spend times to transformation, and they can save times for leisure activity or education. Also, it has decreased many expenses of transform. On the other hand, in working at home a person don't meet any collage, consequently they should not be Fashionable and using cosmetics. In contrast, working at home has some disadvantages for workforce. The atmosphere of workplace at home isn't like office environmental. However, in an office staff have a plethora of colleagues. So they can exchange their information and experiences with each other. Therefore, in office staff can compete together for promotional and niche job. So This is causes of promotion of colleges. In conclusion, I believe working home has some positive aspect for people such as freedom, management time, cost-saving. Whilst, we have consider some negatives accept like haven't been in a teamwork skills.
