Some people say that talent is the most important factor for being an expert/a pro in a field while others say that motivation is the key to that. If you want to become an expert /a pro in a certain field, do you need to have more talent or more motivation?

Some people believe that one of the keys to success in a particular field is being talented, while others disagree and say that being motivated is critical to becoming accomplished. Meanwhile many will reckon that the truth is somewhere in the middle. On the one hand, when you start a career in a field in which you are gifted, you have many more chances to succeed. Take for example Jamie Tartt, a midfielder in Richmond team, who is obviously a natural, what is more, playing football is his wheelhouse. No wonder, he is a top scorer and fans adore him. On the other hand, if you lack motivation to become a better version of yourself, it will probably muck up your chances to succeed. One of the reasons is clearly the fact that the players are pressed for motivating force, they do not see the need for improvement, especially in their team work. Moveover, this lack of cooperation does not let them grow professionally. To summarize, it can be said that to have a truly aspiring career and become really prosperous one has to combine hard work, motivation and talent.
