Because without other native language they cant we conversation to anyone and then never understand anything. while foreign countries people they are not familiar our language. Similarly, East Kriya that people are teaching native language for their many reasons. in addition, some people are learning language for other cause. Eventually, many people think that if they are experts other language should definitely they will ismart. Besides, for teaching University some people are learning foreign language. Nevertheless, languag help us to communicate and when International people come our country. to sum up, learning other language is not only for our physical like as earning money but also is our fundamental rights. educated foreign language it makes our life easy.
