Some people say that art (e.g. painting, music, poetry) can be made by everyone whereas others believe that it can be only made by those with special abilities. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People have differing views with regard question of whether normal people are able to create artworks. Meanwhile, some believe that becoming an artist, requires special skills and talent, I am of the opinion that art can be made by anyone with enthusiasm. On the one hand, there are some reasons why some people believe that only professional artists can create art. It might take years of training to process special skills in order to become artists, and in terms of some fields, only people with excellent talent can easily be successful. For instance, only artworks of people possessing special skills and accomplishing certain achievements are recorded in human history, such as Mozart in the music industry. Furthermore, in this competitive society, only people with great competencies can be outstanding. On the other hand, I would argue that people are not required to possess special skills with a view to creating artwork. Firstly, expressing feeling on paper or through melodies, which is simple and possible to anyone, may help create art. Secondly, in terms of arts that require more skills or have higher standards, anyone with enthusiasm and endless effort would be able to possess the required skills. An illustration of this is that to be able to play guitar, people need to learn all the right chords, which may take years of training; but provided that people put enough effort to practice, they would successfully learn these skills. In conclusion, I hold the opinion that it is not required to have special talent to become an artist since enthusiasm is the key to success.
