These days more and more we see people who prefer to be self-employed rather than to work for someone. Low salary of work palaces and limitations that we face in while we are working for an employer may caused this situation. However, it may have some drawbacks as well. On the one hand, everyday we hear about how low the company salaries and allowances are. In some cases, this salary doesn’t even meet the essential requires of life. Moreover, you can’t live up to living standard in which you considered yourself happy once. On the other hand, working for an employer makes you limited. In some cases, we observe some people who their innovation is killed just because of the incorrect reactions of the employer. This killed innovation will not recure easily. Moreover, when you are working for someone, no matter how talented you are and how good your ideas are, at the end you should do what you are asked to do otherwise you have to seek for a new occupation and after a while you get used to not to express yourself. Although being self-employed has many advantages, it can be counterproductive as well. When you are working for a company, you are working in a team. This managed team work will act as a huge support for you and you are relived that at the end you are not alone. In this case if your team loses, you can support each other and, by counting on the support of the manager, you can start over. Nevertheless, working self-employed makes you in charge of every single lose you may have. And by not having a well-build personality, you may give up on your dream just as a piece of cake. Moreover, the rate of progress is so low in self-employed occupation especially in the first place. This fact usually makes people discouraged after a while. In a nutshell, disadvantages and limitations of working in a company made people to figure out a way and working self-employed was their figured out way. This solution has solved the main problems which were observed in first place although, as every choice, it has a dark side as well. Not having any support, missing the synergy of working in a group and also the low rate of progress in this kind of occupations can be considered as main drawback. Every situation is a combination of pros and cons. By being aware of the scales of the balance, we can choose the best-suited one for ourself.
