Some people hesitate between getting a job and starting their own business. While the idea of not having a boss and working on one's own schedule may sound tempting, financial risks and stress sometimes outweigh these advantages. In your opinion what are the pros and cons of working in a company?

A number of people think that to choose doing their own business or to work for a company when they decide their carrier path. Although it can be encountered with some problems such as financial issues and pressure, having no boss and flexible work shift seem attractive. Working for a company as a person who is included in a professional team can give chance to improve herself/himself whereas may lead to earn not much even work overtime. In this essay I will argue both of views. Firstly, the most essential advantage of joining to a company is it opens a door which is people can learn the work from other qualified employers. This leads to feel relaxed and decrease stress level of person, thus they can comprehend easily and quickly the tasks have to do such as writing weekly report by proper format. For instance, I worked with a great team consists five people in my first proffesional work experience and they helped me a lot to understand how are going duties in the firm. As a consequence to work in a company has positive impacts on people. In terms of income, money that people can earn by working in a company less than doing own business. Furthermore some companies tend to apply overtime shifts and do not pay bonus to employers. It affects negatively people’s working motivation thus the yield of workforce getting worse. It is often observed that increasing number of people quit the job in the companies have similar policy. This reason counts a big disadvantage of working in a company. In conclude, some people decide to do own business even if it carries some risks and others pick to work in a company. Being a part of a firm provides relatively peacefull working enviroment where people can go further while work harder and longer without extra payment. In my opinion, in spite of the fact that the possibility of having less income working in a company gives opportunities to improve herself by communicating with other collegues.
