Analytically speaking, topic regarding criminal justice grabs our immediate attention because of its universal significance. Many believe that legal punishment by the court should be more or less similar for every culprit, while, others rightly argue that personal circumstances and movements should also become the part of criminal proceedings, while, considering the legislative actions.
