There are number of people who opine that developed countries should provide chances to get employment to individuals of developing countries. I am also in the favor of this view as this can beneficial to everyone and this essay will describe reasons for my opinion along with appropriate example for the same.
To begin with, there are several positive reasons why rich countries should employee persons from poorer nation like: Firstly, it helps them to sustain the growth and development. It is obvious that trained humans are the best assets for any organization or businesses. For example, during recent Covid-19 pandemic crises many countries has a need to hire nurses and doctors from poorer nations to fulfill the medical requirement. Secondly, developed nations will get cheap labour from other countries which will help them to boost their production. Hence, allowing arrival of skilled employees from developing nations definitely favors the developed nations.
In addition, it help to boost the economy for developing nation also as the person who left the country to work outside will send money to their parents and relatives. However, it also helps the authorities of poor country to provide welfare facilities as migration of people in other country will reduce the population at certain level. For instance, if number of individuals choose to work abroad government need not to worry to create employment opportunities for them. Consequently, developing nation will also get several advantages from this trend.
In conclusion, I believe that overall growth of mankind is superior and that is the reason why rich countries should allow jobs to poorer countries skilled and knowledgeable employees.
