The internet is viewed as an excellent means of communication by many. However, there are some who would argue that it is actually destroying our communication skills. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Advancements have taken place in every walk of life and technological advancement has provided people internet for making confabulations which people contemplate is great source, whereas some opponents reckon it is effecting communication skills adversely. I will elucidate both the views in upcoming paragraphs to give strengthen to my opinion. To commence with latter view, internet has made people’s relationships strong, even they live part or far away from their homes. To exemplify, in ancient time, there was no advanced technology of conversating with each other conveniently but in contemporary time, there are umpteen appliances available for people to communicate, which make sapien’s bond hard. Along with it, folks can talk to each other without facing any issue. Apart from it, nowadays, populace have huge work pressure due to which they always get occupied and not have sufficient time to meet their loved ones. Hence, they use internet for making interactions with their dearest. On the contrary, no doubt, technology has created differences among relationships, as people do not get time to have face to face meetings and their relationship may ruin. For an instance, if people have misunderstanding, they cannot clear their misconception until they will not clear it, in that case they may have problems in their relationship. Moreover, lack of time for communications in personal may also prove detrimental. To cite an example, people do not have enough time to talk with their family members personally, because they always get swamped in using internet which also leads to have menace impact on communication skills. Similarly, in this epoch, myriad of people prefer chatting rather than making calls to each other. Because, while chatting people cannot express their emotions, therefore it becomes reason of losing communication skills. In conclusion, although, people do not meet each other personally, they are still connected on internet and communicate easily, which makes their relationship long lasting. Thus, as per my perception, technology cannot be blamed for demolishing communication skills, it is people who do not utilize internet adequately.
