Confidentials matters should be share with the top personnel of the organization as only the top administrators know the loopholes and trade secrets of a team and can handle the challenges for the best of organization. On the other hand, those who wish that worker should involve in the decision- making, give their reasons as follows. To begin with, engaging the workers in decision- making uplift the association and also they work with positive attitudes. Secondly, a good relationship between producer and laborer can be formed. I believe decisions pertaining to various policy matters of the organization should be taken by the top managers as it has long termed impact on the functioning of the company. For instances, decisions regarding location of plant, production, and giving bonus to staff etc. , are policy accord and should be taken by boss whereas, functioning activity and day to day operations of business can be left on the employees.
