Some high school required all student to wear school uniform other higher school permit student to decide what to wear to school. which of these two school policies you think is better?

Wearing school uniform is mandatory in some secondary schools whereas it is permitted to wear according to student’s wish in other schools. In my opinion, it is better to keep compulsory uniform to ensure equality and discipline among students. In some institution, uniform is one of the essential requirements for students. It is considered as a sign of equality and discipline. Rich and poor students will be considered as equal in uniforms and cannot be discriminated. Moreover, in the absence of compulsory attire, schools need to issue many guidelines regarding the pupil’s dress code, and it is very difficult to manage as well. In other schools, students are free to wear any dresses under a general guideline. Such schools consider the compulsory dress code as a violation of human rights. According to their opinion, what to wear is purely a personal decision and no one can question the same. To conclude, it is a fact that many secondary institutions are necessitating their students to wear uniforms and others provide freedom to wear in their institution. Both sides have positive points. In my opinion, considering discipline and fairness in a school, compulsory uniform is the best option and better to implement in all schools. Meanwhile, it should be simple and affordable to all students. Sale of uniform should not be considered as means of income as practicing by many schools.
