Some people think that recruiting companies should aim to take on people who are innovative and able to work independently while others consider they should recruit people who are able to work in a team and follow instructions. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some people think that recruiting companies should aim to take on people who are innovative and able to work independently while others consider they should recruit people who are able to work in a team and follow instructions. OErJd
A horded of people argued that institute should employ those person who are more creative and can do work openly whereas other believe that synergy are quite imperative among the employer because sometimes company has their own policy. Here I would discuss both side of the coins and give my own point of views towards the utterance however, i support the primary approach of this statement. On the one hand, companies are seeking a candidate who can take the challenge as well as work liberally with a fantastic yielding. There has few advantages which goes towards companies when choose a participant who has massive knowledge, work independently and can tackle such kind of situation like emergency. For instance, when a person work the same task in dynamic way, here he/she could acquire the full observe power on this task. As a result, If other companies has their self policy and he/she could joined those company that can not preclude them rather it will assist to lead a team as a team leader. Moving into the finishing point where companies emphasize into the team work. IN this statement their has some benefit and drawbacks as well. Firstly, when a employer work in a team, so coordination is quite essential among the collogue. It will enhance understanding and consume pretty less time for the task. Meanwhile, while we work in a team, could not acquire skills dynamically in order to company restriction. Sometimes it would be distraction for companies while they have to work staying beyond their own policy. To sum up, According to me initial aspects are more crucial and beneficial for any institute. I think Companies should focus qualityful employer so that they come up with constructive and productive task, ultimately the achievement come back towards the institute.
