Some businesses observe that people who just finished college have a hard time interacting with colleagues in working as a team. What do you think are the reasons behind this? What are your suggestions to address this problem?

As the career begains after college, students rush to find a job. But many companies came across a problem, that many of the freshers are unable to integrate within a the organization. in my opinion this problem is linked with the educational structure of institutes. As we know institutions these days are unable to produce a standerdised human resource. The reason behind the fact is, rapidly changing world. Most of the institutes follow repeated pattrens to teach their studends. Which in turn results into a same kind of work force. The course work of the students needs constant improvement. It should be aliened with the changes faced by the real world. In the same way institutes are unable to potray a real picture of working place. To be able to do this, they must plan group studies and courses which includes communication skill building. On the other hand, students should explore their careers during the time of studies. For instance, they can find some kind of internship programs during their summer holidays which can help them to build their interpersonal skills. Most of the institutes are paying attension to this regard. However, many of them still needs to follow yet. In developed countries this isshue is far les than the third word countries. The reason behind comes down to the proper evaluation of course work. I suggest that institutes must catter the idea of creating real life situations with the help of group disscussions and assignments. In contast students are also suggested to pay attention on career building and maket exploration. This could develop vast amount of skills which are needed my the companies when they look for a perfect candidate.
