These days, it is very evident that in most organisations, workers are very competent in terms of their knowledge and performance in their respective fields, but they lack greatly at socializing. In my essay I intend to delve into discussing the reasons behind their poor communication as well as will put forward some solutions. To begin with, our current education system and normalisation of online study are main causes of such tendencies in people. First of all, the study curriculum we have these days does not teach students about communications and interactions, so, at a very fundamental level they don't know how to talk to others in a way that it can benefit their long term relationship. To enlighten, schools these days ask children to have excellent scores and work on theoretical knowledge rather than telling them how to act in a society. Moreover, physical study is slowly disappearing and everything is shifting online, where one does not need to interact with anyone, and hence, kills students ability to interact with each other. As regards the solutions, changing the conventional ways of teachings at educational institutes and creating opportunities to let employees interact more are some of the ways we can deal with these behavioural issues. By making the learning styles more interactive and teaching peoples about interactions can have great outcomes. Furthermore, letting workers sit together in a room and talk issues can help them understand each other more. To cite an example, companies can set up monthly gatherings and parties to give employees a chance to build relations. They can also assign group tasks for increasing contact between workers. Therefore, some simple steps can have great results. To conclude, where it is very obvious that people nowadays greatly lack at human skills because of inacurate education patterns and classes being held on the internet but these issues can be successfully mitigated by a few and very basic level measures like improving the course ware in teaching institutes and creating more verbal contact between the employees.
