In modern world young generation ought to make the decision for their future and getting better job. While others think guardians and mentors know easy and better ways to achieve for great future career, I would argue that without experienced knowledges it is complicated to choose the right alternative for their future career. On the one hand, there are several reasons why youngsters should choose their own profession, so as not to regret their decision later. The first reason is that adolescents will choose the job which their dreamed of even since childhood. In addition, to give an example, if a young person has excellent programming skills, then he has countless opportunities to quickly advance in his desired career. Moreover, he will feel responsible for his work. And this, in turn, is one of the crucial factors affecting a person's future career. For instance, it would be a good chance for candidates to be a leader if they indicate their responsibility apart from experiences. On the other hand, it is undeniable that the help of elders is essential to ensure a brighter future. There are several benefits to the elderly being in charge of decisions. First, older people are more careful than younger people. This is because older people have more experiences throughout their lives. To illustrate my point, I can give an example from my grandfather's life experience. He worked for many years as a mathematics teacher at the school. In the first years of his work, he learned how to present the right information to the students correctly. And later he taught his students to be determined which gave them the motivation became the foundation of building their future career. As a result, experience is an essential skill to allow person overcome the complex issues in many situations. In conclusion, although personal choice is of great importance in choosing a future career, it seems to me that the experience of elders is the dominant factor for choosing the right career.
