In my opinion, the eating style of the children should be handled by parents as they are dependent on them for providing food.
On the one side, parents would be more responsible for developing the food habits in their children as they are the ones who look after them since their childhood. As we all know that the mother is the only person at home who would prepare food for their children's school tiffin or dinner. Thus, kids have to eat, what is provided in the lunchbox or at the dinner table as they are dependent on their parents for food supplies. So, if parents are adapting nutritious food to their diet then this will help them to teach their kids about it.
On the other side, teachers may also play a role in sharing information about the benefits of having a balanced diet. This would be achieved by organising educational seminars in school, where pupils can learn about the effect of taking good food on their bodies. For instance, certain practical projects should be created by teachers which will help the children to notice the impacts in kive scenarios.
To conclude, both parents and teachers have to work at some point for establishing healthy eating habits in children, but according to my perspective, this would be able to start from home in the first place. As parents are the first teachers of their life.
