Due to the pandemic, schools and colleges are now proving the studies online, despite of in person. In my opinion, this thing has more of the disadvantages as compared to advantages. This essay will support this opinion by giving some relevant examples.
One the biggest disadvantage is, privacy has become a concern for every student who is learning from home as they really do not get the school environment while at home. For example, some students are from the families those do not have enough space to let their children study alone. Therefore, such things can create a very awful surroundings for the learners.
The other demerit is, students are not taking studies seriously as they prefer to cheat while taking exams online. For example, it has been observed that most of the students use other web sites while doing the exams and they do not even bother to study. So, this thing is ruing their careers and skills.
To sum up, online study has more of the disadvantages and it must be taken seriously. Hope, in future, teachers, universities and colleges would take appropriate steps.
