should we research the family history ?
should we research the family history? RDDLQ
Family history is a big concern to some people. They believe the more they dig up into the past of their ancestors, the more meaningful lessons and experience they obtain. Others, in the most desperate time of their life feel like their spirit being lifted up once they happen to know someone in their family tree was ever a hero of the entire nation. Such immense pride and respect for the previous generations throughout their research are bound to inspire them to do something bigger and better to meet their forefathers’ expectation. Then they pass stories of glorious past to the next generation in the bed-time, and strangely enough, never are they bored and demotivated anymore. There is no need to look far away to find someone they adore, and right here within their family tree, there is so much more to be curious and unearth. A number of people even write best-selling stories derived from unique past lives of their own ancestors. The obsession with this type of research is, however, time and money- consuming. While they are so many people in abject poverty, we should lend our hands to those instead of burying ourselves in a long-distant past. The illusion of the past is too deceptive and distorted to the advantage of people who want to make more bucks. They embroider the past of their family to entice others by all means, and even make themselves think they are superior and look down on others. Several individuals clinging to their family past and growing lazier with the belief that their royal origin truly matters. And with this background, they hardly have to work, and nor do they serve anyone. If having a closer look in their family history, honestly, they might be shocked to the very core when they discover that one of their family ancestors is actually a serial killer or rapist, and can they feel inspired anymore? Every family has its own skeleton in the cupboard, and the past of any family is, objectively, both good and bad. Hopefully, once they contemplate on the future, there is something better waiting ahead. They will be pioneers, and why not?
