In this contemporary world people are not practicing physical activities as they should. It’s a well kwon fact that adults need to dedicate some period of the day to practice sport to keep healthy. In this sense, what could be changed in our daily life routine to give the chance to people practicing exercise? First, in my opinion, people must a lot of discipline to do that. Practicing sports regularly is not so easy as we believe but is a habit that must be cultivated. In other words, we need to plan our routine including the periods to do a sport and consequently we will find the time we need. Also, an increasing number of people are using apps on the smartphone to help and encourage them during the activity if they do not have a partner. Secondly, governments should invest more in infrastructure. In recent years the number of gyms as increased in some cities, however for people who do not have money to afford it, a public space should be available. For instance, parks could be equipped with an outdoor gym available and accessible for all. In conclusion, although it can be argued that most of adults do not are getting exercise regularly, due to lack of time or money to afford a gym, I therefore tend to think that we are thriving in this matter and the next generations will solve this problem forever.
