Dear sir My self Jasmin I'm writing this letter to wake up your attention in your job. beacuse of my job every year I have to saty here. this hostel is so near by my company and also your service were so nice and appreciable. but in last month I was so disappointed because of cooling system. its not working properly. i was addressed it to one member in the hotel who was in charge of that time but they didnot take any action. you know that last month hot was so danger so many people faced lots of heating problem. i was very disappointed because I can't sleep even continous because of heat because of not getting sleep I can't attend seminar in proper way. as a Manger you have to check daily the function of cooling system and you should take feedback from who visited your hotel because of their opinion you can mange their people and you can handle this problem at next time. and also I complain about the duty incharge because he did not take any action against my complain as staff they should solve their customers problem. he should realize the responsibility of their job.
