Should students go abroad for higher studies or study in their own country?

Should students go abroad for higher studies or study in their own country? YAV
Higher studies have become impediment to survive in today’s highly competitive environment. Some people say that students should go abroad for higher studies, whereas a few ones are against it. One school of thought says that students should go abroad for higher studies because the degrees they earn in renowned universities have a wider acceptability as compared to the ones earned in universities in developing countries. Moreover, they get a chance to rub shoulders with people from diverse cultures and different walks of life and learn much through international exposure. Living amongst people from all spheres is itself learning. They even get a chance to take and make decisions on their own which makes them independent and self-decisive. The second school of thought comes up with a different point of view. It says that students should study in their home country because it is quite economical comparatively and loads off the financial burden on their parents' shoulders as not everyone is born with a golden spoon in mouth. The other point that strongly goes in their favor is that they only have to focus on their studies unlike abroad where most of their quality study time is wasted in home chores. Studying in home country gives the students ample time to remain focused and in line with their educational goals. Both schools of thought have their pros and cons and are true at their stance. But the benefits of studying abroad are way more than studying in home country, so I support the first school of thought.
