Many scientists think that people should get more sleep for strength health. It is nearly about 7-8 hours a day. To a certain extent, I agree that sleeping is a crucial factor in our life. However, I also think that people should sleep how much they want. Therefore everyone's immunity is different. On the one hand, I admit it sleeping is necessary in our life and we can not live without it. Most people want more sleep per day and they become much lazier than others. I think that people should not depend on sleep. They have be able to control their sleeping times. People must know that sleeping only cover their needs and nothing else. The majority of young people spend nearly 12 hours of the day for sleeping. Scientists are concern about it, because they think that too much sleep shortens life. On the other hand, I believe that sleeping is inseparable part of our life. Firstly, a lack of sleep at night can make us cranky the next day. Studies show that, getting enough sleep can help improve your all sorts of issues, from your blood suger to your workouts. To a certain extent, the lack of sleep can cause some ills for example: insomnia. This kind of ill causes irritability, depression and anxiety. Secondly, people who do not sleep nights or do not sleep how much they want can lose their memory and walking ability. Scientists did some researchs and they find that 7 days without sleeping can cause hardly memory problems. In conclusion, while I admit that sleeping is a crucial factor in our life, I also believe that an abundance of sleeping also harmful for our health.
