Despite a minor setback in the 2019-2020 period, it managed to rapidly rise to roughly 9000 in 2021, which showed that there was an economic stimulant. Similarly, the investment rate also underwent an increasing trend, which was proportionate with the other data. Commencing at below 2 billion dollars, the figure slowly climbed up to well over 4 billion dollars for half a decade. From this point, it suddenly skyrocketed to exactly 20 billion dollars only one year later, further proving that 2021 was a successful year for Latin America.
