I am writing to let you know about some of my opinions in order to help make the library better. I am an avid user of the library, I have been using the library since I was 18 years old, I am 35 now. Even my son has started using it recently. I love almost everything about the library. There are several rows of books with unimaginable themes available, consequently I can search and acquire so much knowledge about the world. Staff teams are always ready to help you out, very friendly and attentive to everybody. Despite all that, recently I have noticed a downfall in the services' quality, mainly because the lack of personal on rush hours. Therefore It gets too much overcrowded and really noisy, making almost unbearable to concentrate for studying or even for fun. I would kindly suggest a number of improvements for better use of the space. Firstly I think hiring more workers would be great. In that way, they could cope with the users and instructing them to control the noise level of the environment. As result of this, by itself, would improve the quality of the library by 50% so far.
