Although there is a wide range of neurological disease that resulted in death, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, migraine, epilepsy, and migraine stand as the most common. However, even among those diseases there are two conditions that are prominent.
Alzheimers and Parkinson’s disease are a major killer among the deceased and account for more than 50% of the deaths. Alzheimer’s has the highest mortality while migraine stands as the lowest. Multiple sclerosis and epilepsy together cause 30% of the deaths approximately. Despite that, death count of multiple sclerosis is more compared to the death count of epilepsy.
