The two maps illustrate information about the development of the seaside resort of Templeton from 2000 till 2013.
Overall, during that time there are no dramatic changes in that resort, mainly the difference is that by that time resort became more urbanized.
While the bridges, schools, hospitals, and lakes remain the same, other things have obvious changes. For example, rural areas were replaced by residential developments running parallel to the sea and lake. Railway lines became expanded, and north of the sea was constructed new railway lines. Factory set up next to the river. Most of the trees were cleared to make way for houses, some trees were removed to build an airport, and some for developing blocks of flats. some trees were cut down and replaced by a massive supermarket. A port was constructed at the edge of the sea.
The final significant difference was a port constructed at the edge of the sea and the houses and blocks of flats considerably extended in 2013.
