Let us talk about positive views and negative views upon working from Home remotely and physically at the office.
Overall, I am more fascinated by working from home rather than working Physically at the office. Since I belong to a working mom and I ought 2 kids, So I field that I am very fortunate to get an opportunity to work from Home.
First of all, I would prefer to take an advantage of noting down more on working physically at the office. As per my past experiences, It was very difficult to handle work-life balance. Sometimes I had to run from the office to manage other household duties, like getting late to pick up my kid from school. Facing Bangalore Traffics, missed the meetings due to traffic, etc.
However, after the corona crisis, we got an opportunity to work from home because of this I am able to get more flexibility to manage both work and home. Nowadays I am able to look after my kids as well as I can deliver my works on time and at the same time, I can also run after my household chores. Even though my work is becoming more and my timing since timings became mixup. But still, I will give more volume to work from home as all the time my family is around me.
conclusion as per my opinion, for working mother giving an opportunity to work from home, is very valuable for their working life balance. However, sometimes you should have an opportunity to go to the office to get more involved in the work and get socialized life.
