Some people think that advantages of modern houses are more than that of the traditional houses. However, others have the opposite view. As far as I concerned, the former point is more important. I think that you can have comfortable life in a modern apartment. In fact, there are many facilities such as a gym. Thanks to that, I can save money and time of residents. To exercise, I does not need to go far from a home and I am able to enjoy facilities in the building effectively. Besides, internet service is provided in the modern house for everyone, so accessing to internet is not a problem. Other benefit is a common area with beverage bar which one could be served by the drinks anytime and enjoy it. Second, a modern house has high security system. Indeed, a smart electronic system in these kinds of houses allows us to live in safe environment. For instance, the smart alarming system does not permit a strange person to entry the house. Moreover, people who live in the modern house can aware of what is happened there. As third reason, old houses have many problems. The houses were made of wood and clay, so it was very cold in the winter. For example, in my grandmother’s house, I was not able to sleep because of the wind. Finally, because I live in alone, I do not need a big house with many rooms. I just need a bedroom and a living room where my guests and have my work place. In conclusion, modern houses have more equipment and safe facilities than traditional houses, so we can have ease and comfort lives in the modern building.
