People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. For me, I think walking, watching funny films and sharing with someone are the best ways to become free from stress. Firstly, walking is an effective way of reducing stress. It not only is a soft sport to lift the body fatigue but also helps us to have an open mind. I often go walking in the late afternoon after a working day. It makes me feel healthy. Besides, when I walk, I can see the beautiful scene along the road and have more chances to make friend with persons who are doing exercise too. Watching funny films, in my respect, is also a good way to forget stress. By the way, we will laugh without inhibition. All worldly worries seem to disappear. We can feel relax. In fact, these films sometimes give me some useful advice to cheer myself up. Lastly, to avoid the stress, sharing with someone, especially close persons, may be a needful method. We never have clear answer to all problems we meet in our life. Thus, in some cases, I find others’ help. Moreover, if there has a person can listen to me when I need, that is a excellent comfort (whether they can give me advice or not). In conclusion, I think there are many ways of escaping the stress and each of us has the best specific ones to release thoughts that strain our mind.
