Some individuals would argue that the most effective method to stay healthy and fit is to workout in a gym, while there are others who say doing physical activities like walking and running is ample. In my opinion, not following a sedantry lifestyle and having enough phycial activity is a great way to stay healthy and keep desease at bay. On the one hand, a number of people hold the view that unless you book a gym membership, your health is at danger. joining a gym or health club motivates you to follow a healthier lifestyle. Moreover, gyms are usually well_equipped and each machine target a specifit part of body; as a result members can try various types of devices. For example by trying tredmill, they can improve their cardic health. On the other hand, most people believe that a beneficial approach to enhance health any stay fit is to do bodily activities. Take running for example. If you run everyday, you lose a great deal of body fat and also burn some calories. In addition to that, other activities such as climbing stairs are super effective for heart and keep unwanted fat away from your body. In coclusion, although view different about whether we should excersice in a gym to remain healthy or do physical activities, i think activities like jogging, swimming, climbing a mountain are key factors to keep in shape.
